3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Subscription Services

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

5.2 Pricing and Changes

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Meow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of content you create using the App

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Meow regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
